Water was offered to us and freebies for our mattress when our purchase was made, the lady in store helped us pick out the items best suited to us and had a lot of patience whiles proceeding to show us ones that are more fitted to us. The workforce were very attentive and could advise us which item was best suited to our needs. The silent night mattress test was a new experience and assessed which mattress was suitable for our aches and pains. The assistant was very knowledgeable and had plenty of time for us .

on arrival the staff were very pleasant ian served us and after we had a look around he helped us by using the sleep mapping machine thus confirming the type of mattress we need for us so we then looked at the type that we required and found one we were pleased with the offers that were in store and bought a mattress on the day we found all the staff at the swansea
