Eatable friendly staff member approached us very quickly to offer assistance and carry out the bed testing assessment. She explained the results and took us straight to the correct category of bed. We didn’t like it so she suggested others to try in a non judgemental or pushy manner. She also gave us bottled water. The payment process was quick with an acceptable delivery date .

The Assistant (Ian 308) was very knowledgeable and took a great deal of time explaining the different types of mattresses.

We were greeted by assistant almost immediately, she was very helpful in letting us browse the products . Cleaned before using the sleep machine, offering water for drinking . Very efficient of knowledge of bed we were buying after I asked about the pocket springs. Ordered and completed sale with full explanation of delivery. Bid us a fond farewell and to enjoy the rest of our day . Overall complete satisfaction .

Grate price on the products purchased also, the ability to be able to test out the mattress. Staff were very friendly and answered all questions
