We had previously purchased a bed from Dreams some years ago and were happy to return when looking for a new bed. The sales assistant, Sue, took care and time to understand our precise needs and to explain what was available. Sue clearly and absolutely knew her products inside and out and helped us make exactly the right choice of bed for us. Sue didn't push us into making a sale against our better judgement and let us take our time to decide what we needed explaining all the options, pros and cons fully. Although we didn't need finance to pay for our bed Sue explained the zero percent finance offer which, though it didn't effect our decision to buy a tall, was great...that will help our cashflow situation very much. Very satisfied indeed. Lovely sales lady and will continue to recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Gareth gave me lots of time and advice to help make sure I got the right mattress for my back.

Sue was very helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses, suggesting we try as many as we like, also asking if we wanted to use the machine to check the correct mattress required, which was really good, Sue then showed us which mattresses were the ones specified. Sue then left us to try the beds to check which one i wished to choose and ordering was easy, delivery time picked to suit.

We went there pretty much knowing what we wanted and there it was at an affordable price, all good with helpfully staff.

The sales assistant Yvonne was very friendly and helpful. She showed us a number of beds that would suit our needs but did not pressurise us into making a decision.

I found the Sleepmatch service made it easier to choose the best mattress for me. Great service from Sue, who was very helpful and not pushy. I was offered a free bottle of water. I didn’t feel under pressure to buy any particular mattress. The delivery date was within a week of ordering. It made a difficult buying decision into a pleasant shopping experience.

I wasn’t sure how shopping for a bed would work during lockdown but I was put at ease and made to feel comfortable. We were encouraged by the service and found what we wanted.
