Dreams - Swansea

I expected the 20% Easter sale to be on all items that we purchased. I understand that there was a limitation of the sale to certain items. I asked for a possibility of the 20% discount on the 2 pillows of 79.00 GBP but there was no negotiation possible. I wish it was. Very happy with the professional attitude and friendliness of Ricky Francis. He comes across genuine.

Salesman was very Knowle able and friendly, but prices are the highest in the field

The salesperson was very knowledgable and attentive at the right level. However I did find the store itself a little dated, but the sales person was great.

The only thing that could have made my experience at shopping with dreams is that I wanted to buy a mattress in the current up to half price sale and I was expecting all of the mattresses to have some sort of discount on - the one I selected to buy was one of a few that was not in the sale.

Friendly & helpful staff who provided all the info and arranged delivery as well.

We knew exactly what we wanted so didn't really need much help from the sales team. We were very satisfied that the staff weren't too pushy but were readily available to help and ask any questions. We were given good advice. However when we got home and looked online to show our daughter the bed we had bought we found that we had qualified for free delivery which we had been charged for in store and a half price pillow pack which we hadn't been offered. On telephoning the store this was dealt with quickly and we were given a refund of the delivery charge. We were told we could have the half price pillows if we called in to the store again. This hasn't put us off Dreams but we couldn't give Highly Satisfied on this survey.

The man in store was great gave me all the info i needed and the bed on offer was due to end the day i walked in (Monday) but i did not get paid until Friday he ensured i was able to get the deal after putting down a deposit and paying in full on the Saturday. The delivery guys were great very friendly and polite. They cleaned up after them and placed the mattress back on for me which was handy as i am pregnant and my husband was in work.

No Problems were encountered.

Having to wait until 25th June for delivery as I requested a saturday delivery and £39 charge

The assistance I was given was just ok compared to my other visit being outstanding, this time there was an attitude of lethargy even though friendly. I was also interested in a product to go with the one I was purchasing but the assistant didn't know anything about it, I understand that you don't stock everything but surely a knowledge of items would be best as I know tempura have what I wanted. When I explained why I wanted this particular item which happened to be two extra cases for my tempura pillows so that I could launder them more easily I was told, "Oh just put them into the tumble dryer, then you can change them in one day"............ when I got home with my new pillows and looked at the care instructions it was VERY clear NOT to put them in a tumble dryer!!!! Had I done as I was told to do the guarantee on my product would have instantly been void. I think more knowledge should be known or not given advice at all rather than wrongly. Overall I had a fantastic experience the first time I went to this store and purchased my tempura mattress and bedding etc and am 100% pleased with both purchase and a memorable experience with the assistant Ian .........
