The store was good, but it did not have star quality. The staff were excellent.

Found offer online and went to the store to view the product - only single bed version available and not in the colour I was after. Would recommend having models to view if on offer online - apart from that happy with experience.

Would have liked to have seen bed types together to save walking around so many beds

I was pleased with the serviced. If it were cheaper and closer to where I live maybe I would be more then satisfied

There is always room for improvement. I was looking for a specific mattress type and the salesman seemed to understand why I was looking for a specific type and showed it straight to me to try so I was very happy about that. I was happy with it so purchased a bed and mattress. Not a lot of choice for the mattress type I was going for though.

Staff were great and ensured that I didn’t miss out on the promotion price that I missed whilst waiting for the bed to be put on the system. It was just a pity that the bed wasn’t available to order on my first visit - but it’s ordered now and I’m looking forward to having it. Great staff though!
