Dreams - Swansea

When i arrived at the store all the computer systems were down so unable to complete purchase. The employee (can’t remember his name) was very helpful took all my details and contacted when the systems were back up and running and we went through everything on the phone.

The assistant was so helpful, and very patient. I was not sure what mattress I wanted to purchase, and the lady assistant was so very helpful. I kept trying out so many different mattresses, and she continued to help me make my choice throughout. Also you have a wonderful selection of makes and types.

We had a lovely friendly welcome - we were asked if we wanted to try the technology to see what would be the best mattress for us. we loved it and thought it was state of the art. Gareth then took us around the store to show us what mattresses was best for us. he was very patient as we asked him for several quotes. nothing was to much trouble

We had previously purchased a bed from Dreams some years ago and were happy to return when looking for a new bed. The sales assistant, Sue, took care and time to understand our precise needs and to explain what was available. Sue clearly and absolutely knew her products inside and out and helped us make exactly the right choice of bed for us. Sue didn't push us into making a sale against our better judgement and let us take our time to decide what we needed explaining all the options, pros and cons fully. Although we didn't need finance to pay for our bed Sue explained the zero percent finance offer which, though it didn't effect our decision to buy a tall, was great...that will help our cashflow situation very much. Very satisfied indeed. Lovely sales lady and will continue to recommend Dreams to family and friends.
