Everything we went into the store, to enquire about, was met with excellent service and several suggestions were made which helped dramitically. Gareth was excellent.

The staff explained everything to my son to make sure he got the bedstead and mattress which was best for him

When I walk into the shop I was greeted with a smile from Ian he was so helpful showing me what I wanted this was yesterday 3:52015 I took some photos of 3 beds so that I could show them to my daughter who lives abroad, I told Ian that as soon as I know wick one they want I will come back, so I email the photos and today 4:5 2015 I went in and bought it cash down also I bought two bedside cabinet

From the momment me and my wife walked into the store the staff were very pleasent and helpfull without the hard sell we have experienced while shopping in other stores, we found our visit very welcoming and enjoyable.

Ian the salesman who dealt with me was friendly,not overbearing,knowledgeable about the products I was enquiring about and happy to answer any question I asked. The price was competitive and overall a good shopping experience.

Got served by Gareth, he was very nice,not pushy at all and made us feel very wecome as we took our time choosing...he showed us all the different types of matresses,took time to explain the difference between them and didn't make us feel under pressure which can be off putting sometimes.. overall a very nice store with a lovely store manager...looking forward to recieving my new bed....thank you Gareth :)

The overall shopping experience was excellent. It was easy to find the product I was Looking for that I had seen on the Internet. Ian who served me was very pleasant and helpful. He was able to advise me on a mattress for my spare bedroom that I ended up buying along with the bed frame I wanted. Overall this was a very pleasant shopping experience and I would definitely go back again.
