All of our needs were met both by the customer assistant, Sue, and the in store technology. Sue wasn’t pushy when we said that we would like to go away and think about the products we had tested. We then returned later that day and made our purchase. Sue was very professional, explained our option for the disposal of our old mattress clearly and the purchase was relaxed and went smoothly.
