Dreams representative was attentative, new the product extremly well and at all time listened to our requirements. At no time was the person pushy and gave of his time freely. The person in question was Ian who gave me a validation code of "308"

The store was very welcoming and the staff were all very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressurised into purchasing anything which was lovely. I felt I could take my time and try out a few products without any hassle off any of the staff, when I needed assistance it was there immediately . The staff member was very knowledgeable and made my shopping trip very easy

The service we received was really good, we were made to feel extremely welcome and were given plenty of advice about the bed we wanted and also about the mattress that we will be purchasing from dreams in the future.
