The sales assistant was absolutely brilliant, couldn't fault him. He was so very patient and spent so much time showing us all the products on the screen if they weren't in the showroom.

On entering the store we were greeted with a welcoming smile. There was no instant pressure from the sales assistant however you could always sense that she was around. Unannounced a bed had caught our eye and as if she new, Sue approached us to detail the product we were looking at. She listened to our requirements and then advised how this bed would suit us. On top of that we were then taken around the store to find the right mattress. A great experience to where I will always use dreams from here on.

the Dreams Salesperson Ricky spent time listening to what we wanted, explaining the different types of mattress, the firmness of them, the differences between spring, foam, memory foam, hybrids.......and advised on colour/headboards etc... we are very happy with every aspect of our visit and actually went back and bought a new mattress for our daughter a day later!

The assistant listened, engaged and didn't hassle us. Products were available to lie on.

We were greeted shortly after entry in a very pleasant way. Ricky asked us what we would like to look at and explained the options to us. He then left us to browse the beds. He then returned to talk us through the two options we were looking at. The service was very genuine and we were very satisfied.
