The salesman, John, was friendly & very helpful, knowledgeable, & was able to answer all our questions. He even made us a cup of tea , which was a very nice surprise. I would recommend his service to anyone. We weren't rushed or pushed into a sale, we were allowed to take our time, make the right decisions, & get guidance from John as to what our options were. The whole buying experience was easy & pleasant.

The lady who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us decide on our eventual purchase.

The assistant was very helpful and polite. Also, we returned to your company as we had previously bought a bed and mattress from you. The quality of the previous mattress is excellent and we wanted to buy the same one for our bed. However, I believe the one we bought is discontinued so we chose another one similar to the one we already have.

Very good service. The store wasn't due to open until 10:30, but the Assistant (Ian) asked me to come in and offered help immediately. He showed me various mattresses with no sales pressure (which I hate). Very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends & family.
