Great service very knowledgeable

I went into the store with a string idea of what I was looking for and felt very satisfied that I was listened to, respected and felt I had a no none sense sales experience. David who assisted managed to get a lower price for me on some of the product sake and was respectful, swift and courteous throughout.

Fantastic sales assistant, Susan - knew exactly what mattress I was talking about having seen it online earlier today. Although the exact one wasn't in stock I was able to try a similar mattress for firmness to give me an idea if it would be right for me. Brilliant help in deciding what mattress would work best for me and completely honest about the range of products on offer. Absolutely perfect in every way, couldn't have been better.

We had excellent service from Ian, including advice as to which mattress would be most suitable for our needs. Ian was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and gave us time to make a decision without being pushy- first class. We liked the store, it is clean and tidy with a good selection of products.

The assistants were both very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was given plenty of time, and treated with respect. Overall, shopping there was a very pleasant experience.

Ricky in Swansea Morriston store was very friendly, asked lots of questions to understand what i was looking for and could recommend a variety of products for me to test and then decide. Also very helpful when organising a delivery date. Super star!
