The gentleman called Ricky I believe guided us through the store and recommended a number of products based on our needs which allowed us to choose our bed swiftly

Ian was very helpful and we went from not really sure what we were looking for to leaving with frame and mattress ordered and new duvet!

We weren't 100% sure on what mattress we wanted, our sales representative Ian, was very informative and provided a great amount of detail on each different mattress and helped us decide on what mattress would suit us best. He was extremely helpful and patient as we tried out the different types.

Store well laid out and easy to view products, parking easy. Most important staff were friendly, helpful, user friendly and obviously displayed an exemplary standard of customer care. Staff knew their products and understood their customers needs and recommended the appropriate product.

The sales assistant was readily available, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. We asked numerous questions and requested numerous options all of which were no trouble resolving by the assistant. I would have no hesitation recommending to others.
