The staff at the store were very helpful and stayed beyond closing time to assist us in finding the right products. The gentleman that assisted us (I cannot recall his name) was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We are a little disappointed at having to wait two weeks for our new bed to arrive but have been very happy with the service received in store.

The salesman Ian, at your Swansea store was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the beds in stock. We weren't rushed nor pressurised, he took time to explain the differences in mattress construction and comfort rating and was able to confirm a 'definite' delivery date.

Couldn't have asked for better service. The staff swapped the mattresses over from a sprung base to a firm base so we could see what the mattress would feel like on our own bed. Sue and her colleagues make a great team. Sue was very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you.
