Dreams - Swansea

We went to Swansea store and the sales assistant Ricky was more than helpful and very knowledgeable and helped us to make a decision on the bed that we chose without any pressure at all.

Very friendly and helpful service on both visits (I had to check some measurements and then come back!!). All good so far, guess the proof of product quality will come when my mattress is delivery on 20th February.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Knowledge of products exceptional. Good selection of beds and mattresses to view and test.

The customer advisor gave us excellent advice but did not come across as a pushy salesman. He also provided many different options, gave us some good prices and spent a lot of time with us.

We wanted replacement mattresses for or Tempur beds and were shown the area straight away. The different qualities of the mattresses were explained fully and we were able to test them. We'd already tried the beds in the 'pod' and as our beds are adjustable ones we were guided to the best mattresses for the beds. At no time did we feel pressured and were comfortable throughout the shopping experience.

Ricky the assistant was very helpful.nothing was to much trouble.we were able to take our time to decide.He gave us all the information that we needed and more. A very pleasant experience would highly recommend my friends and family.

Very satisfied with quality of products and service from Ian from port talbot,can wait for delivery.

Brilliant! Ricky came up to us after a few minutes of us walking around the store. Was lovely not to be pounced on as soon as we walked in. Ricky explained everything to us and helped my fussy husband choose the mattress! Brilliant knowledge of products and the offers that were going on in store.
