Wanted a new mattress and bed and the store had exactly the type of bed I was looking for. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable and fulfilled my expectations for my purchase.

Sales assistant was very friendly, took time to understand our requirements, even provided different pillows to the ones on the mattresses so we could lie on the mattress like we normally would. Gave us a rundown on all the mattresses we were interested in and advised what would suit us best given my husbands preference for a firm mattress and mine for a softer one. Easy parking outside was a bonus

We went in, got seen to straight away, suggested the type of matresses we want. Gave us a good price on amazing pillows and was very friendly

Shown exactly what we were looking for and no hard sale to buy things we didn't want. Bought what we came in store to find. Easy shopping. Great.

The process was easy, Ricky the assistant was very helpful giving us lots of space to think and discuss but lending a helping hand when we needed around sizes

The gentleman that served me was knowledgeable, friendly and humorous. He was so good that I went from a £99 headboard to a £249 one!

Ricky was very friendly and approachable he listened to what I wanted and showed me various types of mattresses encouraging me to try them out to se how they feel. it was a very welcoming environment.

The sales team were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, with her hel I was able to find and purchase exactly what I was looking for. Sue was helpful but not pushy in any way she offered the appropriate amount of advice, I had my two grandsons with me and she remained calm and patient while completing the paperwork.
