I was able to pick the product I needed in no time at all. One of the best shopping experiences I have ever encountered for a product that will be used every day. Excellent

We were approached immediately on entering the store and offered help. We were asked what our specific requirements were, then directed to the mattresses that were best for us to choose from. The assistant, Ian, was attentive and very informative to help us with our selection, giving us private time to decide.
