Good service, good price, good bed

Very helpful staff, She understood I was a veteran and did not have my card to hand she helped me out by discounting the delivery charge amount. I would recommend to others.

the gentleman acknowledged us as soon as we came into the store, explained the different mattresses to us using the colour coded pillows, told us better to test them all, made us feel really welcome and was really knowledgeable, we were in the shop for about 45 minutes testing all the mattresses and looking at all the bed frames was really impressesed with the service we had from Ricky the sales assistant, will definately recommend the swansea store and be returning in the future

Our high level of satisfaction was largely due to the customer service received. The staff member, Ian, who helped us at the Swansea Enterprise Park store was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He was also very patient as we went spent quite a long time making up our minds!
