The Dreams experience was very friendly, helpful and informative and the delivery was prompt and again friendly and helpful.

When we arrived home from the store we realized that the wrong colour had been entered on the receipt but this was rectified the next day with no problems. We found that the salesman was very helpful and even moved a mattress to a sprung base for us to try. All in all we are very satisfied with our transaction.

We had been to a number of stores to look for a new bed but lots of the places weren't really interested in us they just wanted a sale. Ian asked about us and what we were looking for and then gave good advise after listening to us.

Sales assistant, Ricky, was approachable but not at all pushy like some sales men can be. Product knowledge was great and explanation of different mattresses was spot on

Very good service from store manager who was available to advise us on different styles of matteress and which fell into our peice range, and had plenty of time for us when we were looking and trying various types

Over all experience from entering the store to leaving was pleasent friendly and informative, giving me the knowledge I needed to make the right purchase for me.
