The member of staff that served us (Ricky) was extremely helpful. He took the time to talk us through all of the products and was very patient with us and never made us feel like he was pushing the sale. He also made us a cup of tea!

I went to the store for advice on a mattress for my child and sue was very helpfull and understanding.

I was informed of the quality of my purchase and offered a half price deal on pillows which I bought. All steps of the process for delivery were explained to me and I received text messages informing me of progress of my order.

Good bed selection. My wife and I agreed quite quickly on a bed. Store was warm and clean.

We went to the Dreams store at Llansamlet, Swansea. We were immediately approached by Gareth the manager, who was friendly and knowledgeable. We needed an orthopaedic or very firm mattress for my son who has a back injury, but our budget was tight. Gareth did everything to help us find the right mattress, at the right price. He placed a reserved sign on mattress we liked so we could visit others stores to compare prices and quality, and to give us a day to think about the purchase. We visited 4 others stores, but the standard of customer service and quality of product at Dreams far outdid anything we experienced elsewhere. The next day we phoned Dreams and bought the mattress. Sue, the store assistant, took the call; she was also friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Delivery was promised 2 days later. The driver phoned this morning to confirm afternoon delivery, this was followed by a text with the driver's mobile no. the delivery time, and a link to track progress. This is brilliant customer service and I will always go to Dreams for any future purchases of beds or mattresses. Please pass on my praise and thanks to the team at Llansamlet, Swansea Dreams Store.

The store was clean and inviting and we were given some very relevant information about the product we were looking to purchase that we were unaware of. Both members of staff were helpful without being pushy - even offering us a coffee. When we had decided on our purchase Gareth did the ordering smoothly. Would not be afraid to return or to recommend this store.
