I found my visit to be really enjoyable as the assistant took me through everything that I wanted to know and explained all clearly step by step of my purchase and delivery and of the product.

Brilliant service from Ian who dealt with our queries excellently. Assisted us beyond what we expected and everything was done quickly and professionally.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good range of products to choose from and a sale on which was an extra bonus!

The assistant at the store was friendly and knew the product well. It was an easy quick process.

From the time we entered the store to the time we left, we where give the sales persons full attention. I myself am a large person and was not made to feel awkward. We had really good advise as what type of mattress to go of. so here's to a better sleep with a new mattress.

Ian the sales person was very helpful and friendly didn't feel pressured into anything. The store in Llansamlet was clean tidy and the staff made us both a cuppa which was very welcome 😆. I will highly recommend Dreams to friends and family.

We went into the Dreams store to have a look &enquire about the beds on display. I did not expect to come out of the store having placed a order the same day. We are extremely happy with our purchase & the Salesman was of great help. We were surprised how quickly it would take for us to receive a new bed.
