Ricky was the member of staff that helped me. He was friendly and guided me through the different options that were available. He clearly knew his products and what type of mattress would suit me best. He was able to explain the pros and cons of each one and talk me through the differences. His warm personality and good sense of humour really brightened up our day. I was chuffed to buy my new mattress from him. Thanks Ricky. *****

Friendly staff and prompt services

We knew we wanted a mattress, we were shown a variety and explained what the difference was and sat down and an order taken as soon as our decision was made. It was a little more expensive than we wanted but we are aware that prices for mattresses are higher in general than our expectations, this was not unique to Dreams in Llansamlet.

You assistant was professional and understood our needs. He was efficient in processing our order. The mattress we required was in the clearance section so we had this almost immediately (husband collected in van following day). We only have to wait for the frame now. Very happy with price and seems a quality mattress.

The lady who served me and my partner listened to our exact needs. In previous stores staff have attempted to up sell to much more expensive mattresses, but this staff member was quick and courteous. She found us an ex-display foam mattress which was twice as thick as the one we were looking at but for the same price! We were very happy, she also gave us some brand new pillows which was perfect as we had mentioned earlier in the conversation that we needed some. Overall she was amazing, quick, efficient and kind.

I have been looking for a new bed for quite sometime now and as I suffer with back problems I have been struggling to find the perfect bed to suit my needs. I found the one and the sales assistant (Ian) was very helpful and he ordered the bed so quickly I was shocked at how quick and easy the whole process was. I am so satisfied I would go back time and time again.

This was mostly due to the customer sales person I was getting assistance, Ian I believe. Very friendly and ran me through a bunch of different options for my requirements and answered any queries I had about a variety of products.

Ian was welcoming and friendly, extremely helpful and polite, not at all pushy, and we came away confident in our purchase and more than satisfied with the price we paid.
