Ricky welcomed us, gave us a cup of coffee and explained the mattresses to us & then left us to browse and check out the different mattresses. He then came back to advise and answer questions and dealt with our order very quickly. Great service! Delivery was when it was scheduled & lads were very pleasant.

The sales assistant was very knowledgable about the brands. He made us feel important and he helped us make decisions. He was very friendly and very approachable, in my opinion he is an asset to your company

Sue, the assistant at the Dreams store, was extremely helpful, friendly yet her assistance was not intrusive. She answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Excellent without being pushy. The order went through without a hitch with a delivery date to suit us. Paperwork received there and then and through email very soon after. Received texts re delivery information and the delivery was both on time and the delivery people equally pleasant and efficient. No complaints, only praise every step of the way.

Sue at Swansea was BRILLIANT. She recognised we were in a hurry, listened to what we wanted and needed and we were out the door, 20 minutes, with exactly the right product for us.

When I entered the Store I thought the layout was excellent and just felt that I may very well find the mattress suitable for my needs. I was approached by a Colleague who introduced himself as Ricky and asked exactly how he could help. He explained in detail about the suitability of them which helped in my choice.
