I bought a Dreams bed 6 years ago & as I was highly satisfied returned recently to Dreams

Everything was excellent service was very good and it was really good value for money

We found buying our new mattress very easy with the various colour throws showing the fillings in side. The range of products and the way they were displayed was excellent.

Helpful and friendly staff

Assistant who served us very friendly. Left alone a while to look, only attended on our request.

I took my dad who is 83 and is struggling with a back problem and to find him a mattress to suit his comforts was a must.The mattress that was to be purchased was for a folding bed.Ian who spent has much time has he needed was absolutely fantastic because he could see that our needs had to be spot on for my dad.Dreams has quite a pleasant surrounding and we were quite comfortable in looking around with the quite a vast amount of stock.This is the second time we have purchased a mattress from yourselves for my dad and the actual folding bed was purchased from yourselves as well.We would definitely come back and recommend yourselves to friends and family.

Didn’t feel pressured to make a decision

We visited the store initially and could not make up our minds on which bed we wanted. During the first visit our assistant was very help, courteous and knowledgeable. Allowing us plenty of time to sample the beds and discuss our requirements, he even arranged a cup of tea for us which was very nice. We decided that we needed additional time to make a decision on which bed we would go for and felt no pressure from the assistant to make a sale on that day. We then re-visited the store a few days later, met with the same assistant and ran through our thoughts and options with him. He was again really helpful and assisted us in choosing our bed and frame, along with offering us support on additional insurance on the product, we then went ahead and ordered on 6th Jan 18. Whilst processing the payment we did have a small delay on the credit agreement however this was solved very quickly and the sales assistant was very efficient in coming back to us. Delivery was 2-3 weeks but was expected and suited us due to other commitments. All in all i would recommend Dreams Phoenix Way, swansea to any of my family or friends.
