Ian (308) was fantastic in store and he really “made” our experience. My wife and I had actually come to Swansea to buy bikes from Halfords but we left with a new mattress and pillows! This would definitely not have happened if Ian was not there and we would have just browsed and left to decide later. Even though we purchased when we hadn’t planned to we didn’t feel pressurised at any point and Ian is obviously very skilled.

The gentleman that assisted me with the order was pleasant and very helpful. I was returning to buy the Johnstone SK mattress and base as we bought one for our bedroom a few months ago and it is so comfortable we wanted one for the spare room.

The store representative was highly knowledgable about the products and the diagnostic machine that you have for determining mattress suitability is a great asset in assisting with selection. We bought a Tempur mattress which is not a cheap choice ( for us anyway) and we wanted to make sure that we had made the right choice. The 100 day exchange was a great incentive in making the purchase too. Overall very pleased with the service we received in selecting and ordering the bed. Can’t comment on delivery as it hasn’t happened yet 😀

Dreams carry a wide range of products for the consumer, service and ease of ordering was very satisfactory and would certainly use you again plus would recommend to family and friends

Ricky was absolutely brilliant. He listened to what we wanted and showed us a selection of beds to fit our needs. He was not in any way pushy. Once we had made our choices he took us through the order highlighting what was available at delivery. Would definitely recommend Dreams.
