Quick aqnd friendly service. Had a few options to choose from.

When we entered the store sanitiser,masks and water was available and several times we were offered a hot drink. Initially we were unsure whether we could just wonder around the store but we were greeted very quickly by Rick who gave us an overview of the store and what things meant and spoke about the system of finding the right bed for you which was in use but we were given an expected wait time. As one customer finished Rick was immediately with us giving a clear understanding of what the system would do and offer. Fantastic experience after which Rick discussed the results and gave us an indication of what beds we should look at. Throughout we found the experience in the store enjoyable and I could have stopped all day!. Purchase of the mattress and pillows we brought was an easy process processed by Rick efficiently and he took the time to ensure we understood our entitlements and the delivery process. An excellent experience so much so that our son visited a dreams store today and he too purchased a new mattress...Daughter will be the next.
