Chet at your Shirley branch was extremely helpful and personable and understood what we were looking for quickly but also showing us the full range of alternatives as we already had Tempur Cloud bed and mattress which we have been very satisfied with bought some years ago from Shirley. Lauren was extremely helpful in assisting both me and my mum in finding the right mattress. I came back over the weekend with my husband and Lauren remembered me and recognised me straight away. She was very friendly and professional and followed all of the correct procedures. She was very knowledgeable about all of the tempur mattresses and took the time to explain the differences and benefits. She listened to our needs and met all of our expectations. She also knew when to back off when me and my husband couldn’t decide which frame to go for and gave us the time to discuss our preferences and walk around the store so we could make our own comparisons. Once we decided she got us a very good deal and the finance application was very straight forward and quick to arrange. Lauren is a credit to your company and store in Shirley Solihull. It was a pleasure to deal with Lauren and we were very pleased with her service and expertise.

The assistant named Chet, was very helpful and polite, he introduced us to the demo bed to find what suits our needs best. From the data collected, he let us test various beds, upon us been able to find an excellent mattress and new pillows and quilt. The whole experience was a pleasure and made delightful by Chet.

Chetan was amazing and very professional. His knowledge was great and he highlighted things I never knew about. He was very helpful and took his time with me.

The standard of customer service was outstanding. It was the level of custmer service we expected 40 years ago and we thought had disappeared. Both Natalie and Lauren were so professional and nothing was too much trouble. They listened to us and went out of their way to make sure we found what we were looking for.
