We were assisted by Natalie in the Solihull Store, she was very patient and obviously knew her products extremely well. We ended up spending more than we had anticipated! Natalie took the time to explain the different sorts of products to us and was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. A big thank you Natalie!

I was highly satisfied with my experience with my visit to Dreams as I was greeted with a smile when I first went into the store and asked if I need help, which I did. The assistant was so very helpful and easy to talk to. As I need extra time because I am very slow she was very kind and went at my pace and the went away and left me to make up my mind in my own time. She was very helpful with the prices as I am on a budget. I did make a purchase of a mattress. I bought my last 2 beds from what was Bensons For beds and have always been very satisfied and happy with them.
