Chet who assisted me was really helpful and lovely, my friend who was with me is planning on going back and buying his own bed thanks to Cher’s customer service.

Shop assistant very friendly and kept within our budget, I was shopping with my young son and his girlfriend who felt shop assistant was very helpful and friendly and they were treated as valued customers, we were given lots of choice within our price range and not rushed to make a decision, she also seemed to have very good knowledge about the products she was selling, we wanted to take her home!!!!!!

Natalie located in Shirley retail park was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products she was selling. We now have a lovely comfortable nights sleep.

Lauren and Natalie were really nice to us. We don’t have any knowledge on choosing our suitable mattress and bed frame, but they guided us through the purchasing process.

The assistant was very attentive and informative. No pressure just information and plenty of choice to enable us to make an informed choice through trailing various mattresses and pillows and using the electronic bed to assess both individuals needs that share the bed.

We were very impressed with the assistance we received. We felt that Lauren was very knowledgable indeed regarding the bed/beds which would suit us best and at the same time we never felt pressured into choosing a bed.

We were really pleased with the friendly and helpful customer service from both Mark and Natalie at the Solihull retail park store. We felt looked after and both store assistances had great knowledge of the products and were so approachable throughout our whole experience in store. We were even given free pillows which was a great bonus to our purchase!
