We walked in, explained what we wanted, were shown various options which we tried out, and ordered the bed. Job done, all very efficient and quick

Christine approached us as we came in and was very happy to help. I was worried about being talked into buying things I didn't want before I went in but Christine wasn't like that at all. She listened to what I needed and helped me find the exact product that was right me without being pushy in the slightest. We weren't planning on purchasing on the day of the visit but I was so happy that I did in the end!
