The member of staff, Natalie, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgable while asking many pertinent questions to find exactly what we needed without being pushy at all. She took the time to show us as many options as we wanted and at no point did we feel rushed like she was trying to get to the next customer.

Natalie was a delight! Her product knowledge was superb and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lot of questions and she was able to answer every single one without hesitation as well as allowing us time on our own to discuss our thoughts on the product privately. We were offered drinks & she gave us all information we asked for.
