I desperately needed a new mattress and was getting very confused with all the different kinds of mattresses available in the market, and couldn't get myself to spend a significant amount of money for something I couldn't try before. So I decided to walk in a Dreams store for at least some advice because I wasn't sure I would be able to try any mattress due Covid19 restrictions. I was pleasantly surprised I could try! the Dreams member of staff was very reassuring about the store procedures in place to keep the store and mattresses cleaned and sanitised and avoid risk of contamination. He was very friendly and I felt I was getting the best advice regarding the mattresses for my needs. After trying a few I realised that buying online would have been a big mistake and I decided to buy even though I spent more than i initially had planned.

The member of staff, Natalie, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgable while asking many pertinent questions to find exactly what we needed without being pushy at all. She took the time to show us as many options as we wanted and at no point did we feel rushed like she was trying to get to the next customer.
