Assistant Natalie was very helpful without being over powering. Left to browse for a while but very good when needed.

Chris had excellent customer service skills from start to finish. We were welcomed straight away, he helped us use the sleep match system and then advised us on mattresses to suit our needs. Chris had excellent knowledge, answered questions we had and was not over zealous, he struck a perfect balance. We even got a coffee! We are very happy with our new pillows and cannot wait receive our new mattress.

I desperately needed a new mattress and was getting very confused with all the different kinds of mattresses available in the market, and couldn't get myself to spend a significant amount of money for something I couldn't try before. So I decided to walk in a Dreams store for at least some advice because I wasn't sure I would be able to try any mattress due Covid19 restrictions. I was pleasantly surprised I could try! the Dreams member of staff was very reassuring about the store procedures in place to keep the store and mattresses cleaned and sanitised and avoid risk of contamination. He was very friendly and I felt I was getting the best advice regarding the mattresses for my needs. After trying a few I realised that buying online would have been a big mistake and I decided to buy even though I spent more than i initially had planned.
