Felt very welcome, nothing was to much trouble, it was an absolute pleasure to shop in Dreams Solihull.

I had entered the store with the idea that I would only be purchasing bed frames. I had intended to buy the Emma mattress for all three beds. However the sales assistant used her knowledge to ensure that we not only bought the frames but the mattresses too. I must say that she told me she had transferred from another role. Totally followed the correct level of behaviour that your organisation should desire and a true credit to your company
