The salesperson took her time with us, thorough with explanations. Tried many different mattresses. Tolerant allowed us to take our time. Explained all options re finance. Really happy with the help re received and happily purchased.

At the time of my visit there were only 2 assistants available. However they acknowledged that I was waiting and helped me by directing me to items I might be interested in whilst still serving customers. Lauren showed good knowledge of products and was able to help me to choose suitable items that could be delivered in to he time that I needed. She did this without being pushy to secure her sale. Both assistants were friendly and had a good relationship with each other.
