We were greeted by Chris the salesman on our entrance and then he came over to offer assistance. Twice he asked us if we would like a drink. He suggested we use the Sleepmatch facility in order that he could suggest the correct bed for us and offered us pillows for our use in store. He constantly offered support and could answer any queries we had. All in all a very good experience in store.
