I was asked if I needed help straight away. Very Grateful for the guidance. Offered a bottle of water. Much appreciated as it is not comfortable wearing masks at the moment. The young man was so polite and helpful. I had tried looking on line but not happy. Much easier to see the mattress and feel the quality. The staff were all very cheery. It was a pleasure. Have not enjoyed shopping much lately but this really made my day. Left feeling very happy.
