We were buying a bed for my 15 year old daughter, who wasn’t quite sure what she wanted. Your sales assistant was excellent at meeting her needs, whilst finding something which didn’t ‘break the bank of Dad’ so to speak!

Am a repeat shopper at Dreams, have always been happy with products and standard of service.

Mark was very knowledgeable and listened to what were looking for. He was very attentive and guided us through the pros and cons of the bed and the mattress that we were looking for. Didn’t need to shop around as we felt comfortable to buy from him.

Natali was dream from the start to finnish . She managed to dot all the I's and Cross all the T's.

The store was very well laid out, the labelling clear and we received just the right amount of advice: not pushy, but informed. We took the visual assessment (which was fun) and were then guided around the various recommendations. After we had been to check on the products in a nearby store, we returned and placed our order with no difficulty. Well done!

The staff have great customer excellence skills and we’re polite and professional throughout my consultation.

When we entered the shop we were greeted by Lauren who was very polite and extremely helpful. She listened to our needs and what we were looking for and then advised us on what was available and options we could choose. She then asked if we were looking to buy a new mattress and if we wanted to take the sleep well test for 3 minutes which we did. I think we found this very helpful as it made us understand the mattress we should be looking at and not just guessing at what feels right by just sitting on them. Lauren understood our neds and was great as we felt relaxed in her company and she was happy to spend any amount of time with us that we needed to ensure the items we were ordering/purchasing were the right ones for us. Lauren offered us a drink and made us feel that the experience in the store was enjoyable and we were very pleased we went into the store and did not just order online which we could of done but might of got things totally wrong.
