The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, he was not too pushy & gave us the time to go through the process of selecting a new mattress.

We have ordered a bed and mattress from dreams before and have always been impressed with the service. We came in after Christmas to upgrade our bed from a double to king size and take advantage of the post Christmas discounts. We felt very safe in the store....we used the sleep test to select a suitable mattress and our dreams colleague Lauren was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a specific requirement for an ottoman and felt there was plenty of choices at a range of prices. We would not hesitate to buy from dreams again.

Mark was extremely helpful and friendly and took the time to understand our needs, and also gave us space and time to discuss the purchase so we didn't feel pressured at all.

I needed a double mattress for a loft room that could be fitted through a small loft door. The assistant recommended a roll up foam mattress that fitted my needs exactly. He showed me a range of 4 different mattresses. I selected the one I wanted. It was in stock. I drove home with it, so I didn't even have to wait for delivery. Perfect!!
