Before I entered the store I didn't want 'pushy' sales. I knew I needed a mattress but didn't know which one. The sales assistant was exactly what I needed. He catered for my requirements and answered all questions in a polite manner. A great shopping experience many thanks.

Chet and his colleagues at the Solihull store were very knowledgeable and straightforward. The purchasing experience was as efficient as possible.

I was approached a minute after entering the store. All my questions were answered and your staff appeared very conversant with the products I was interested in.

The staff took their time providing me with all the available options on finance, delaying delivery, early repayment costs. Overall very helpful. Greeted quickly, offered drinks, we weren’t rushed into making o the spot decisions on spending. It’s a good team and Lourel the assistant manager took her time to help us.

Chet was superb & a credit to the company. Everything was done in a super social distancing way, and would have no problems going back or advising friends/family to deal with him... if I can give a 5 ⭐️ rating he’d get it.

Staff available and willing to help on our arrival, knowledgable and patient with us to find out our needs. Allowed us time alone to look and check what we wanted.

The colleague was very friendly and helpful and took the time to listen to our needs. The safety measures in place due to coronavirus were excellent and we felt very safe as a result.

Friendly and polite Staff explained everything answered questions listened even if it was a long winded question. Got you to test and be comfortable with your bed and matress before committing to buying even if you went back a couple of times to be sure it wasnt a problem made you feel at ease

Chet was amazing and did not rush us to purchase the only thing he could have done was to ask our budget
