Dreams - Solihull

I was placed under the machine to match the type of mattress, that was a great service

We were looking for a mattress for my 8 year old son. Dreams in Shirley was the second shop we went into and we were immediately asked if we would like help by Kathryn who was very friendly and helpful and who facilitated our son to be able to try some mattresses. We went to some other places but he wanted the one from “The Dream Shop” because “the lady was nice” and he thought he would “sleep better on one of her beds”. So we purchased the £699 bed despite a budget of £500 as he wouldn’t be dissuaded from the matter :-)

Lauren the assistant was very polite and knowledgeable.

Placed an order with Dreams in the Shirley Store and once we were home we realised the bed was too wide! So we returned to the store and Lauren who helped us, changed our order no problem. Also after our purchase an overnight offer was released involving our mattress. With a discount and free pillows, I rang up to see if this could be applied and all was sorted no problem. Great service and would recommend to friends.

Found the sales assistant (Chet?) to be really helpful

Kathryn who served us was very helpful. She placed the order on line as what we wanted was not in stock. We returned to Dreams as we have been very satisfied with a headboard for a double bed which we bought a couple of years ago. We wanted to buy the same design for 2 single beds. Hence the online order.

Great friendly staff member helped us out. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted and she helped narrow the search and made deciding easy. Ultimately spent more than I planned but only time will tell if it’s worth it as products are a month out for delivery :-)

Went in to purchase a bed and base. Was given various options and left having made the purchase that will be delivered in 5 days.

Lauren was excellent at guiding us to the right mattress. My son enjoyed the experience as the mattress was for him. She was very friendly and courteous.
