Mark at the Solihull Retail Park store was very welcoming and professional throughout - he was very patient with us as we considered each aspect of our purchase and he really considered our needs - including lower back issues and the requirement of a lower bed, so that our older dog wouldn't have any issues either! We were presented with some great choices when in store and left feeling like it was the most enjoyable experience that we have had as customers.

We visited the Solihull store and were greeted by Natalie; she was both personable and professional, she listened to our list of wants and suggested that we might want to try the sleep match. This is a must for anyone buying a bed! We were matched with a firm mattress and the system gave us a list of mattresses and pillows that would meet our needs. Natalie then showed us each of them and gave a summary of the reasons they would work for us. We made our decision pretty much there and then but as we'd gone just to browse and get ideas we decided to sleep on it. We went back 3 days later and were looked after by Lauren who picked up where Natalie had left off. We were taken through the process and time frame, costs, deposits and finance plans fully explained and for us flexibility is important as we are moving house but we do not yet have dates. This was a fun and professional experience and we left feeling that we had been well looked after.
