The assistant who dealt with us, Laura, was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to may sure we were happy. She showed us a number of beds, and her first choice for us was a sale bed too so far from the most expensive. We were there for 2 hours and she was attentive and helpful throughout.

Very professional staff helped me decide what my options were and left me to decide what worked well fit me. No pressure selling just a very helpful man called Chet.

The overall experience was excellent and the customer service from the assistant was 100%, she was very knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills. This is the first shop we visited and me and my husband had agreed that we would go to Benson Beds, Furniture Village and John Lewis before we brought a bed and ottoman but due to the friendly assistant and her welcoming personality we left with a purchase.

The assistant, Catherine, who greeted us on arrival was efficient. She swiftly worked out exactly what we wanted, gave us plenty of time & put us under no pressure at all. The 2 other ladies, tho not involved in the sales were pleasant & amusing & provided coffee while we were completing payment etc. We look forward to receiving our new mattress, confident that your delivery team will be as professional as your sales force. We will certainly recommend Dreams to family & friends, telling them to ask for Catherine personally when they arrive at the store.
