Excellent member of staff, Natalie, at Solihull store. Rey good communication between Dreams and us up until delivery. Cannot fault the whole process.

Lauren was brilliant. Highly knowledgeable friendly relaxed and approachable.

Really lovely man in the Shirley store. Genuinely such a nice experience i wish I had got his name as he deserves praise. Elder gentleman with white hair. The ordering was so accommodating and delivery speed just fantastic. Having worked in customer service for 15 years you can be proud of the customer service in your Shirley store!

The whole experience was marvellous and so easy to make our decision on which bed to buy. This was all down to the help we received from Lauren the sales person

Natalie was great. She was polite, pleasant and understood out needs. She found us the perfect mattress as we’d already decided on a frame and was overall a delight. I made a special trip back to out the order through directly with her and she even remembered us.

Natalie and Chet were really nice and helpful during our 2 visits within 2 months. This is why we had our second visit and will have the third time.

Natalie at the Solihull branch helped us in store, she was extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I had a list of items that I had viewed online and I wanted to see them in person. She also helped us choose mattresses. I didn't order on the day due to time but I called back and purchased with her over the phone a couple of days later, and she remembered me which was nice.

Mark was very helpful and directed us to the mattresses that were suitable for our needs.

Lauren took the time to introduce herself to us. Went through with us what our requirements were. She then put on the sleep match machine again explaining the importance of been matched to a mattress, asking about problems and concerns. As I have lower back pain it was important to chose the right mattress and also pillow which is not something I had thought about before. We tried several mattresses using the recommended pillows. We were offered other products such as mattress protection and product insurance. The price is always more than expected but hopefully will be worth it with a comfortable nights sleep.
