Chet the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable, took time to understand our needs and reassured us re the Covid procedures.

The sales woman was warm, friendly and we was able to have a bit of banter with them. They where very in tune with what we was looking for. They did not push and understood our needs and tailored what we needed in a bed.

The team member who served was very efficient, I clearly was in a rush and he dealt with me swiftly. Showing me a few select options and I was able to easily make a decision between them. He checked delivery time for me to assist in my decision making process too.

Chris, our Dreams colleague could not have been more helpful. He talked me through every step, listened to what I was looking for and was extremely knowledgeable of every type of mattress that was suited to me. He was very polite and courteous and a credit to you.

Chet was very helpful and found us what we wanted very quickly. He was very thorough and upfront about the prices and wasn't pushy at all. Knew his stuff!

Christopher from the Solihull store was really helpful and we could not speak highly enough of him. He was very knowledgable about the products and clearly explained to us the different types of mattresses and took the time to understand what we were after. He helped us use the machine to identify beds best suited for us. Christopher was not pushy at all like other sales people we have previously experienced (in other stores). We will definitely be returning to buy bed and mattress for our spare room in due course hope he will be there again to help.

The store is very well presented, clean and friendly. The assistant Chet was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy which makes shopping a pleasurable experience.
