Chet was fantastic listened to what i wanted and got me tondo the dream bed analysis ..then took me striaght to theproducts that would suit me ! No messing about as that isnt what i wanted ..just tonorder a matress and leave

I was greeted on arrival, and was allowed just enough time to browse independently before approached by Chris. Chris was attentive and asked the right questions and allowed me to express my views on what I wanted. Delivery was agreed on a day of my choosing. I am very happy with the service I received

Staff were helpful, products were easy to find and understand and I was pleased with the discounts received.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer questions asked. He was not pushy, just listened to what we wanted, and although the space we have available in our bedroom was not enough for the item we originally wanted ( we have fitted wardrobes ) he was happy to let us browse and suggest suitable alternatives.

Staff were easy to talk to. Straight to the point and extremely helpful. I needed a matress asap and Mark was very helpful to me and my wife finding the right matress for us.

The Dreams sales assistant was smart in his appearance, he was polite and articulate, he demonstrated a high level understanding the need for personal hygiene / social distancing and customer awareness. He displayed a high degree of knowledge of the items I was interested in purchasing and was able to answer our questions without appearing either pushy or impatient, as I am slightly hard of hearing he was asked to repeat some information which he did with ease and professionalism which came across as good customer service - a subject which I value, and incidentally teach!! Thank you.

Felt very welcome in the store in Shirley. The assistants were very friendly and helpful throughout our whole visit, patiently walking us around and giving us time to decide since we had no idea what we wanted. However, it didn’t take us long to make up our minds and place an order straight away. Very satisfied overall and we are so looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress. Thank you guys!
