My husband and I were served by Chet, and let me tell you, the service was first class from beginning to end, and we're so excited for our new bed to arrive. The machine that was used to help determine what type of mattress we needed was amazing. I felt that Chet really took the time to understand our needs, and more importantly our budget. He didn't push any products on us, he was super honest about everything. I'm so happy, and would definitely visit Dreams again based on the customer service and high quality of the mattress and bed frame we've purchased. There are only 2 things in life you should spend dearly on, and that's a good bed and shoes, because when you're not in one, you're in the other!

We had a good idea what we wanted and the assistance we were given helped us to decide quite easily. We weren't hurried or pressured and we felt that we were given good information from questions we asked.
