Mark the gentleman who served us was very polite. Made us welcome and helped us. We only popped in to look and walked out half hour later happy with our purchase of 2 mattresses. Hopefully the quality will be as good as Marks service.

In all fairness it was entirely down to the service Natalie provided to my wife & son. She was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her role.

Very polite and helpful service from Mark and Lauren. Mark spent a lot of time explaining different mattresses to us and ensured we had time to pick the one that suited us the most. We felt no pressure to buy from Mark which I really liked, he provided advice and guidance and made sure we were happy with our purchase.
