Wasn’t to sure on what bed frame and mattress to choose but Lauren was highly knowledgeable about the products and explained in detail on why dreams have the best quality beds/mattresses against competitors which convinced me to making the purchase

We only went in to look at what mattresses were available in our price range. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. We bought a mattress because of Lauren's help, rather than feeling coerced.

Lauren in the Shirley branch was fantastic. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. She acknowledged us straight away, she showed us the sleep match service and recommended a great choice of mattresses, particularly for people who get too hot at night. Great service.

I’ve been putting off the task of buying a smaller bed than my kingsize and just popped in to enquire whether you had a small double bed having been told they were difficult to buy. We were greeted by a very friendly assistant who answered all my questions then guided me through the process of finding the right bed for me. I feel the bed I have ordered will be specifically made for me and look forward to the delivery date.

I was greeted on entering by Natalie, and she asked what I was looking for during my visit to Dreams. I initially didn’t want any assistance but Natalie was so helpful we ended spending the rest of our time at dreams with Natalie and purchasing 2 beds.

We were welcomed by a friendly face as soon as we arrived. Your salesperson was very attentive to our questions and very informative about the product we were enquiring about. She was not pushy and gave us time to try numerous mattresses. The whole process was stress free.
