The sales assistant Lauren was brilliant pleasant and very helpful nothing was too much trouble

I was greeted when I first went into the store and I asked if I could just take a look around. That was fine the assistant said and left me to have a good look around which is very important as you can’t chat and have a good look at the same time. The assistant then came over to me and asked if I needed any help so then I asked her a few questions which helped me to make up my mind.

I needed advice on my requirements when visiting. The Salesperson was extremely helpful advising the wide range of possible solutions. After using the amazing measuring machine I felt confident that I was going to find a much better sleeping arrangement. The Salesperson had a wide technical knowledge and some useful personal experience. This was reassuring when a large amount of money was under consideration.

I was extremely impressed by the service of the employee (Elizabeth). The hot drink me and my family were served was exquisite. I would definitely come again over any other shop. The employee also understood we did not have millions to spend on mattresses and pillows Very satisfied and thank you

Lauren's customer sevice and knowledge was excellent. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything in detail and even made my friend and I a nice cup of tea :-) I couldn't fault the service.

Myself and my husband, were acknowledged as soon as we entered the store, we were left to browse by Natalie. After sometime Natalie approached us again and offered us help. Natalie was very well informed on the products available, and our needs. Natalie suggested several mattresses, and left us to test at our leisure. Natalie approached us again and made us aware off the offers. Which helped us make a decision. At no time did we feel harrassed. A drink was offered several times. Overall a very pleasant experience .
